Upgraded from 2.7 to 2.8

Hi,

I just installed 2.7, installed a template, and then upgraded to 2.8.

I ran the update script to update the DB to 2.8.

Everything seemed to go fine until I tried to go to admin login, at which point I get:

Template Error: set_root: THEME_PATH/templates is not a directory.
Halted.

Any help would be appreciated.
