Hi Vincent
Thanks. I've looked at  the templates but don't they all have "designed by"? Does that not mean, that I'm not allowed to manipulate the templates and remove the "designed by"?

Hi Kim, read the info file after downloading. It says under which licence it is published and wheather or not you have to leave the credits in the footer.

Hi Vincent
I've downloaded some templates to see for myself, what you asked me to do. In one template - cssx - the info file says GNU General Public License and to me it looks like there are no credits to leave in the footer:

*/

$template_directory = 'cssx';
$template_name = 'CsSx';
$template_version = '1.1';
$template_platform = '2.6.x';
$template_author = 'Steven Holder, Matthias Gallas';
$template_license = 'GNU General Public License';
$template_description = 'This is a three colum template that is controlled by a css file.';

?>

Am I right that this info file tells me that there are no credits leaving in the footer? The index file dosn't say anyhthing too - as far as I can see.

Yes, you're right.

Download.
Modify.
Install.
Enjoy.
