Hello
Check this out:
http://www.tracelight.ch
in German :D
I made a fancy design with rounded edges in css, the only gif on this side is the top-banner :D (except for the content)!
Known problem: IE cuts some part of the top logo, the rounded edges are sometimes real scanny...
NICE made...
but there is still some work to do

hei... isch aber schön... aber isch noni fertig, oder? mach wiiter e so
[/swisstranslation]
Hehe
Why do you say that? Ups, I saw that really I looked unfinished. Is it better now?
Thanx
did not tell what to do... but you saw it  now... well done
looks nice in Firefox. pure CSS in IE is always a challenge.
Thanx mysticcowboy! That's true! It is always a challenge to write pure css websites for IE!
Site looks good, even in IE ;)
mmm... still figuring out how you made things rounded.. had a look at http://www.cross-browser.com .. but still no go..
Nice one! I like the horizontal menu with vertical submenu's.
@henkster: are you looking for something like Nifty Corners ?
http://pro.html.it/articoli/id_599/idcat_31/pag_1/pag.html
or without javascript:
http://www.cssplay.co.uk/boxes/snazzy.html
Any chance you could post this as a modifiable template for al to use? It is really simple and looks great!
Nice site! :-)
But using Safari 2 on OSX 10.4.3 , I have a strange problem with the left subnavigation. Pointing the mouse directly on the text of the links activates the text selection mouse pointer. But right of the text and still in the link area, I have my link click pointer, again.
Not sure what could cause that. I didn't notice something like that on other sites.
Weiter so und viele Grüsse, :-)

Cool.. Thanx!
that is what I was looking for.. Nifty I get and I can implement.. but snazzy.. mm...
Hello,
@everyone: I made the round cornes like the snazzy. It's actually quite simple. I use a html bulb which I stretch to 20px*20px. That gives the rounded edges at the end. You just have to overlay some parts with the background color (don't see this as a tutorial ;) ).
@RevD: I'm thinking about it. This week I have absolutely no time. But I think I could do this during my christmas holidays :D If you are to wait till then ;)

Yes, I tried the site in Safari and the subnav just doesn't work reliably. I tried the site with JavaScript off, but the page looks strange. With an average of almost 10% of people turning JavaScript off, and add that to the 4% of web users using Macs who mostly use Safari you might consider another approach to your rounded corners.
positioniseverything.net (http://positioniseverything.net/) and alistapart.com (http://alistapart.com/) both offer articles with pure CSS rounded corner solutions.
Hello
As I already said it is an pure CSS approach to the rounded edges! The only thing I need javascript workarround is for the height of the textbox in the middle!
