I've recently made a simple one block template.
It uses show_menu2() snippet, Smooth Navigational Menu (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/ddsmoothmenu.htm) script and border-radius.htc (http://code.google.com/p/curved-corner/) file
