Nice design - I really like it cause it does not look like a standard cms-template

But, I have a question. Is it okay to modify the admin-page as long as the text "WebsiteBaker is released under the GNU General Public License" stays?

Yes, you're free to modify the design, as long as you don't touch any copyright notices!
