Title: New site: BEVO (soccer)
Post by: Bramus on October 22, 2011, 03:13:38 PM
For a local soccer club i developed a new website. The old one was a static HTML site that only could be updated by 1 person. Also the design was outdated so they wanted a new site.

I developed a new site with some new options (custom modules). Custom modules are:

Check it out at http://www.bevoberinge.nl (http://www.bevoberinge.nl)  Some minor addons are being developed.

@ nibz

Thanks for the comment, hmm havent seen this issue in Chrome while the BEVO 2 page was one of the first pages in my new module for the teams.

@ Boudi

Thanks, and indeed client is satisfied, only some minor changes still coming up (header picture), and some Sponsor Gallery issues that got fixed last week. Also some modifications in the League Table module, you can put matches as "Afgelast" or "ovb (onder voorbehoud)". Was a pretty big module (team pages + league table), everything can be done from the  team page and so this gives the possibility to add some persons to manage the team like the team leaders. They can add match info, a short summary about a match, add picture etc.

Looks very good

Will this league module be available, I see a lot of use for that for all kinds of (sport)clubs etc.

I dont have plans to make it available just because the lack of time. For a public release there needs to be done a lot, it are 3 modules combined, all is based on the team-page where you can add 1 team per module section and enter matches, the other 2 modules (results and program) are based upon this and use the tables, you cant edit anything except in the source (view.php). So it will have all the same layout and there needs to be some more options like how many matches etc. I dont have that build in because i'm not planning to release it.

Sorry for that
