Title: How to add the customer's EMAIL ADDRESS in the email sent to the shop owner?

Hello, how can I add the customer's Email Address on the email that is sent to the Shop Owner? Currently I only see the customer's name and physical address but I would like to add also his Email Address. I hope it's as simple as adding a placeholder like [CUSTOMER_EMAIL]?

read the help under payment methods -> [CUST_EMAIL] is the placeholder
