Cool pictures on the frontpage - have you shot them yourself?  8-)
And cool website of course - I'll also test REVAMDS when there's time.

Well actually it's me on the left ;) but a photographer-friend of me was willing to
photograph this (kinda noncorformal) concept I had :)

And thanks as REVAMDS 5 is still in Beta and together with the new WB still needs
lots of testing, but RC3 is pretty stable already. And yeh know 'time'-thing myself

Hello,

looks promising, but seems not to work if WB is installed in a subdirectory or a subdomain.
E.g. I tried to run it on test.myserver.foo/revamd and installed WB in /var/www/myusername/html/test/revamd/, but the saving of the settings fails because the "Save Settings" button calls
ht tp://test.myserver.foo/templates/revamds_5/settings/index.php
instead of
ht tp://test.myserver.foo/revamd/templates/revamds_5/settings/index.php.

One further question, the features list says it is possible to administrate different websites with on WB instance runnig REVAMD. If I wanted to use this, which license I had to purchase?

Edit: Just noticed that access to the template configuration area is possible without being logged in to WB. :-o

Hey Instantflorian,

thanks for the feedback!

Quotelooks promising, but seems not to work if WB is installed in a subdirectory or a subdomain.

I should work on subdomain / folders make sure you have set the

$websiteWBDir = '';

in the 'config.php mod' with a value, e.g. "revamd" in your case.

QuoteJust noticed that access to the template configuration area is possible without being logged in to WB.

And yeh thats okay.... because REVAMDS 5 is 'stand-alone' the protection is done by renaming the "setting"-folder
from the configuration -> General -> 'Settings folder name' to a value (e.q. 'gVa7phSw'), the makes it's as safe as a
'password protected' login.

Hi,

thank you for the answer. I will give it another try.
Yesterday I had also the problem that although I changed the config.php according to the text which is displayed on the general configuration screen, in frontend still the error "Change the config.php" occured.

Is there a complete documentation anywhere? The quick start manual seems not to be enough to get REVAMD working.

Hey Florian,

I have numerous REVAMDS 5 installed yet (and some 3rd parties too) tho it's in Beta
it's install and work ;) can your send me the config.php contents (info@revamds.com)
I can have a look at it. And make sure you have the proper 'replacement' code for 2.8.3
or 2.8.4.
