Trying to install a new WB on a server that run 7.4

But WB say PHP Session Support i disable but when I look into phpinfo it say

Code Select

Session Support enabled

What does your call look like?
the installer should display
http(s)://domain.tld
should appear.

I think It have to be something on webserver but not sure what.
I did try for fun to install Wordpress and it say something like enable cookie on browser but it is enable?

Hi, WebsiteBakers red message says something about cookies, Wordpress say something about cookies.
Nobody knows which browser you use and if there are cookies disabled. Try another browser, without extra plugins/extensions.

I have try with three browser Edge,Chrome,Vivaldi and even try with my phone and use 4G but same result.

as dbs has already written:
Cookies must be allowed.
The red error message says that it is not allowed.
