I last week first time see Baker and his benefits as fast very beautifoul designed free CMS and I decide to run on my web addres Baker CMS for fitness center Titan Gym.
Can someone advice me how to make good proffesional web site with beautfoul design. Where to find design?

Look at the addons repository (http://addons.websitebaker.org). There you find a templatesection where you can try with a preview function a lot of predefined templates. Download the ones you like and install them on your WB.

which is wery similar to titangym.com design but I receive some errors during
instaltion so I seeking how to manage this.

This is no WB Template. You only can install templates from the addons repository.
