I completed the Estonian translation. Seems like almost all strings changed.

Hello,

sorry for answering so late. Did have a short look to your file. It is stored in UTF8 without BOM. Can you please convert it to pure ANSI?

Here it comes in ISO-8859-1, which I hope is right. If it isn't hopefully it wouldn't take another half a year to convert :)
