Title: local church showcase
Post by: tsb on February 24, 2008, 11:23:35 PM
Hello everyone, I have tried joomla and drupal and it was really refreshing to find wb, not a great deal of files to upload, easy to copy and paste text in a website, with more than 20 pages. So extremely grateful for the efforts on this cms. Its great.  Just working on a site for my local church. just got the search bar into the header, yet would like to impliment the font size, which I will sort out, firebug has made it alot easier to figure out.
check out my efforts, cheers,

Nice work, minimal and clean.  :-)

Only one thing:  use the same font size on the entire site.

unfortunately the site was built in frontpage I believe, I just copied and pasted the content so that I could throw it up quickly via wb.  theres seems to be alot of code not needed in the page, css links etc and saying when it was written, author etc. It is a gem though to work with wb.

however, I have some flash files that I need to put up, yet when I went into media and tried to upload flv files it didnt get anywhere, then there was an error with the address, which maybe a good thing, if I dont want others to upload to? gonna try out jeroens website, as its got a good free flash player.

thanks for your comments, will keep refining and baking
