Site Redesign...

crnogorac081

By the way, I allways put company's logo instead WB Hat, and it looks cool and personalized.

I use WB on most of my projects and I give proper credits on every website by not touching the backend credits. Again, I did remove the "Hat" logo on one website (which is no longer live anyway) but that was the clients request and I knew it was ok to do so.

My fault got my sites mixed up, the one I changed is still online here: http://www.ckshorerentals.com/admin/login/index.php Anything Wrong with what I did on that?

At the end, at least he didn't claim it as it is his own :)) like we found out for some ppl :))

Hello CodeALot.
I don't think that Gillweb is lying.
Just after your first pot on that issue I checked his homepage and also the admin interface (Backend - Login).
It has been as it is right now all the time.

And if it wasn't - that's no problem at all.
You are free to customize the backend as well as you customize your frontend.

Kindly regards,
Stefek

Yeah, it is now. Wish I had made a screenshot.
I can't lie I wish you did to because I have never changed the admin on my WB installation. The only change I ever I did was on a clients website in which they didn't want the "Baker Hat" logo on the Admin but the credits and the footer stayed in tack 100%. Looking at the times of both quotes in this thread it's almost impossible to check the forum "accidentally" to see your post and then within the hour have a screenshot of my "new" admin? You're nuts and to be honest ruining my thread with you're atrocities is unforgivable. *if i only i was a moderator*

CodeALot

In your homepage you make it sound as if you created the CMS yourself
How? the only mention of a CMS is this "powered by a PHP Content Management system" which is in no way me acting like I have created the CMS?!

in your admin-area you removed the WB credits and replaced them with your own
I'm not sure where you're going with that but if you go to the /admin/ area of my website you will most obviously see the below image showing the WB admin area untouched???

CodeALot

Credit where credit is due, Gillweb, and you don't give it. In your homepage you make it sound as if you created the CMS yourself, and in your admin-area you removed the WB credits and replaced them with your own.

Bad practice. Sites look good, though.

I am sure a lot of people would like to use this as module..

Hello.
If there is some interest to make this working with Wesitebaker without Hardcoding it into the template, please look at my suggestions in this thread.

Hi,

Very nice work although I don't really like the wooden board colors you used on the top scrolling image.
It is catchy though  :-D

I have to admit I did'nt see the prev next buttons at first.
Cheers,

Can you please explain me how you removed tabs at the top ?
look at your .js file and find line #61 and it should look like this..
           // Create the Tabs
           jQuery(this).before("

");
           jQuery(this).find("div.panel").each(function(n) {
                       jQuery("div#stripNav" + j + " ul").append("
" + jQuery(this).attr("title") + "
");
           });

Highlight and hitthe delete key and then save... wha laa! ;-)

Can you please just post the code for that and necessary changes, as I saw that on the home page of this script that there are also some tabs etc...

gillweb

Well I can't do that :-o I'm sure you can/will find or make nice images to use.

crnogorac081

can you please upload the sorce code and pictures :)) From what I see in the site, it doesn't look so elegant like in your site :)

pls pls pls :)

It's not really integrated into WB, it's just a part of the template with links to some WB pages. Look at the I gave for implementation tips and or the source code of the page to see how to do it. It's just including the .js file into the template as an include and then calling the script which looks for specific div's within the template to scroll.

crnogorac081

how did u integrated it into wb ? tips pls :)))
