A clean layout and easy to use. I would agree that the background makes the text a little harder to follow, perhaps darker at the centre, fading to lighter edges? It is not a serious problem though. I think you've got the text alignment in the bottom box right though.

Overall though the layout is very impressive, it's clean and loads very quickly but still eye catching and professional. Nice work

- the background is very "disturbed" test with a straight horizontal gradient from left to right...and may nnot centered?
- the text in the bottombox on the mainpage should be centered and with a red square like the sidebox (i like that - there are so much "round boxes" out there )
- little typo in "Über ProMokation"
