Trouble Registering

Just want to clarify (couldn't modify or add to my previous post)...

I've registered for this forum, but I have not received my activation email.  I did a request to resend it, but still did not receive it.  I changed my email address and still did not receive it.  I have a "normal" email address (not Yahoo or Hotmail).  I do have a spam filter, but it's not going to my spam folder.

Since I can't register, where can I ask a question about an error I'm getting after a fresh install of 2.6.4?  Looks like this is the only place I'm allowed to post.
