Look for complete installation guide of the Blog Menu?

After reading the module thread still not clearly understand how it work. I try to visit the author's site and that is not wrote in English, not able to understand as well. The trouble are when I try to test it with my computer which have Netserver installed. After I download the view.php and replace to the view.php under the news folder. When I go for the template index.php try to use it in following code:
<?php display_blog_menu(2,1,<h1>Categories</h1>,<h1>History</h1>) ?>
It keep showing Fatal Error for call display_blog_menu or whole page going to be blanking.

I am using WB2.7 and blog_menu 0.2.

If I want to set up the Categories(or sub-categories) is that mean I have to create the group under the news type page or I have to setup another news type page after the root pages? Just be here and hope for some help!!!
