New SEO Optimized WB website???

good luck with that! SEO is a pain in the ass.

You seem to be doing the right thing with repeating keywords. Search engines put a very low score on meta-data these days. It is all about the content on the site. That is not to say meta-data isn't important but it is not something you should worry too much about.

The best thing you can do for SEO is try to get other relevant sites to link back to your site. You seem to have done everything you can on your site with getting as many keywords into the content as possible. That is all you can really do. Trying to get other website to link back to yours is the hard part.

As for Google adwords, I recommend lowering your content network bid to HALF of what your search keyword bid is at... or just turn of the content network completely. You will just waste money. A lot of sites that have use adwords for revenue have ways to generate fake clicks so they get paid. In my experience the content network is worthless. The alternative is you can bid for impressions rather than clicks. This way you don't get charged for click-throughs but only get a certain number of impressions per day.
