Hello!

Thanks very much Argos for this. It's always better a designer is reviewing my tries of fixing...

I noticed the problem was only present on the Dutch start page. I have reconstructed the page (thanks for access Michael), and also edited text and translation some English parts.

It's rather sloppy coded to be honest. I see lots of divs in a strange setup, all kinds of inline styles, layout in em's instead of px, etcetera. I could take a look in the editor if you can give me acces, if you like.

Hello,

I changed that code. I viewed with IE8 and IE7 Compatible mode, with Firefox3.5, with Chrome and Safari - all under Windows 7, so I thought there shouldn't be a problem... The only thing is: Design for the WB homepage (start page I mean) is made inside the WYSIWYG section - that's not that good, but at moment the best thing. I just wanted to get rid of the tables... Do you have a solution for it perhaps? I think it should have something to do with the margins.
I will review this - but unfortunately I can't reproduce it with an IE7 because I simply haven't one... Will have to use browsershots.org for it perhaps.

If anybody knows the solution (XHTML 1.0 transitional sourcee code should be viewable like it's in the WYSIWYG FCK) it would be great.

Yours Michael

PS: Please... I don't want to go back to the tables before...

Since a few days the WB homepage has a huge gap between the intro section and the download section, in IE7. I don't know who's responsible for the site, but it should be fixed. If you don't scroll you may not see see the download info at all. Other Win-browsers seem to render the page fine, although I didn't test a real IE8 or 8. The funny thing is that IETester ( http://www.my-debugbar.com/wiki/IETester/ ) renders fine in all IE versions. But my real IE7 doesnt.
