Create template like Typo3?

It is WB-standard that you can choose a template for every single page that is different from the "standard-template" that is set in the settings.

Is there the ability to use website bake like Typo3? I would like to have a user be able to log in, pick which template they want for that page, and then have the FCKeditor edit the content area on that page. Is this possible with WB or should I switch to Typo3? Thanks for any help
