foldout onmouseover / stay collapsed

I need a menu like the round template, just a simple standard vertical menu with two sublevels ... but ...

I want the sublevels to fold out on mouseover
when a sublevel-page has been chosen he has to maintain collapsed

anyone who knows what to change?
