I like the color of the header and the drop shadow feature. The color, the font type and the B&W pictures all work to give it a studio feel. The .gif of the dog however, (to me) cheapens the Website.

The dog's tail wagging when you hover over a link is very clever, but I think it would go over better on a child's site or one that is about dogs.

I realize that the site owner probably requested this, so I'm not criticizing you for this.
