sounds like a private code page or a admin tool
maybe you can take a look into the folder module and maybe, you found there a folder with a name like this (manage_sessions or session_manager etc)

I have the webarte-officetem template. The WebsiteBaker version 2.8.3 SP1. I can not on the pages manage sessions, it does not open. I saw that the template version is for WebsiteBaker 2.7 ...
