i tried centering, but i'm not sure if it has changed at all.
in IE i have a scroll bar at the bottom and i can't seem to get rid of it.

hmm .. not bad. But i would try to have a go at a centered layout.

I have a laptop with a 1400px resolution and it does look quite funny to have the content squeezed to the reight side, whan there is enough space available between menu and content ...

I know that kind of resolution is a bit "out of the ordinary", but I think, it is easily possible to cater for this as well ...
